Use of Content That You Post
Please be aware that any content that you post when using the Site (including by participating in a blog, submitting a comment to an article, a story, a video or in a discussion thread), such as your full name and any nickname, may be visible to other users of the Site and not private. In addition, with respect to any content that you post when using the Site, you agree that Simbiq, its affiliates and their licensees, may use, copy, sublicense, modify, publicly perform, display, create derivative works of, host, index, cache, tag, encode, and/or adapt (and you grant a license to us with respect to such activities) any such content and any information contained therein in any and all media formats or channels, whether now known or hereafter devised, including, but not limited to, the Site.

Updating, Accessing and Correcting Your Information
You may send us an e-mail at email@example.com to request access to, or to correct or delete personal information you provided to us through the Site that we have stored. Such a request may not affect information that may be stored in back-up and similar databases, does not affect information in aggregated form or that is not personal information, and does not affect information you may have posted in public areas of the Site.
Users may opt out of receiving future updates, notifications and other communications from us related to the Site, and also may opt out of receiving from us offers of goods and services in which we believe they may be interested, by submitting a request to firstname.lastname@example.org.
You must be at least 18 years old to register or to use the Site. We do not knowingly collect personal information from persons under 18 years of age.
Site to be Used by Users Within the United States
The Site is not intended to be used by anyone outside of the United States. If you are located outside the United States you are not permitted to use this Site.
